We guarantee all merchandise purchased through incipio.com.au and incipio.co.nz.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

  • Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
  • No refunds after 30 days.
  • There is no refund on outlet items.
  • All goods must arrive in their original, unused, and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.


To return an item purchased through incipio.com.au:

Firstly email our Support Team to get your return approved: support@incipioau.zendesk.com

Pack the item in the original packaging. The product must have original packaging with no tags or labels removed. 

Include the original packing slip or copy of the receipt and reason for the return.
Include your name and contact details with the parcel.

Label the package with the following address and ship via carrier of your choice.

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment.
We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.

To return an item purchased through incipio.co.nz

  1. Firstly contact our support team to get your return approved - support@incipioau.zendesk.com.
  2. Pack the item in the original packaging with all tags attached in original condition.
  3. Include the original packing slip or copy of the receipt and reason for the return.
  4. Include your name and contact details with the package.
  5. Label the package with the following address and ship via carrier of your choice.
